Steps to Make | 1. Boil 150g Toor Dal along with 250g-300g of vegetables of your choice (Beans, carrots, Potatoes, Brinjal, Drumsticks, Tomatoes, etc.)\. 2. Now add 2 tsp. of Sambar powder, 2 finely chopped tomatoes, salt, a blob of jaggery, and tamarind pulp and boil for 10 minutes\. 3. (Optional – Garnish mustard Jeera Asafoetida Curry leaves in a tsp of oil or ghee.) |
